Booking and confirmation

A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after itinerary approval, required payment and written confirmation from Dream N Destination.

Prices and inclusions

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change based on travel date, group size, hotel category, transport cost and availability. The final quotation will clearly list inclusions and exclusions.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation charges depend on suppliers, departure date and services already booked. Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and any applicable additional cost.

Travel responsibility

Travellers are responsible for valid identification, permits, health requirements and arriving at pickup points on time. Weather, road closures, government restrictions and other events beyond reasonable control may require itinerary changes.
